Project Info
The FRANKLIN residential complex impresses with its modern architecture and is being built in four construction phases. A total of 6,025 m² of KLH® – CLT solid wood panels are being used for the walls, ceilings and roof. The new building comprises 32 rental flats spread over four floors. With living spaces of between 49 and 90 square metres, the one-, two- and three-room flats offer well thought-out floor plans and a high quality of living.
