Project Info

The school building consists of three functionally structured building sections, connected by a covered pergola that defines a central schoolyard with a sports area. The load-bearing structure made of KLH® – CLT reduces CO₂ emissions and creates a pleasant indoor climate. Visible wooden surfaces reinforce the natural atmosphere. The construction process was optimised using BIM technology and the materials are sustainable, recyclable and locally sourced. The dry construction method and efficient energy concept enable energy efficiency class A – supported by biomass heating, optimised ventilation, lighting and insulation.
