Facephi has built its new headquarters in the Centro Comercial Panoramis de Alicante. At 960 m², the project utilises innovative CLT technology for sustainable architecture. Completed in just 10 months, with a timber construction phase of only 5 weeks, it offers state-of-the-art office space in a former cinema. Two floating bridges above a column-free work area emphasise the combination of nature and technology in this pioneering office concept.
